Technical Qualifications
- The candidate should either possess past experience on Groovy & Grails or be willing begin the same. This is mandatory.
Rosetta includes layers that are highly likely to be developed on Groovy/ Grails technology and the candidate may be required to devote all his/ her attention on Groovy/ Grails.
- Basic:
- Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong Core-Java fundamentals.
- Good understanding of RDBMS concepts.
- Java Web Programming experience. Servlets/ JSPs and etc.
- Proficient in the following:
- EJBs. (SLSB, EB and MDB).
- HTTP: A common delivery protocol.
- JDBC or Hibernate/ JPA experience.
- Multi-tiered architecture.
- Ability to perform in a global team environment.
- Agile methodologies.
- Web services either REST or SOAP ( but Preferably RESTful).
- Nice to have/ Plus:
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server.
- Exposure to caching technologies/ libraries like ehCache or Memcache.
- Good understanding of AJAX and Javascript.
- Exposure to Glassfish application server.
- Exposure to Content Management System (CMS).
